At WeCare Egypt, we are fully committed to protecting users’ privacy and respecting their right to control their personal data. Upon receiving a data deletion request, WeCare Egypt deletes or unlinks the following data, depending on the nature of use:

Login credentials associated with the account
Usage and activity data within the application or website
Personal preferences and settings
Any other data that can be directly or indirectly linked to the user

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate regulatory purposes, and will be permanently deleted once the legal purpose has expired.

How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their personal data through one of the following methods:

First: From Within the Application

Log in to your personal account.
Go to Account Settings.
Select Delete Account and Data.
Confirm the request.

Second: Via Direct Contact

If the deletion request cannot be made from within the app, you can send an official request via email, including the following details:

Email used during registration
Username (if available)
A clear request to delete the data

Processing Time for Deletion Requests

Data deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt.
Once the deletion is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the user.

Impact of Data Deletion

Please note that deleting your data will result in:

Permanently deleting the account
Losing all associated data with no possibility of recovery
Requiring a new account to use WeCare Egypt services again

Data Security During Deletion

WeCare Egypt takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure data security during processing and deletion, and to prevent any unauthorized access.

WeCare Egypt reserves the right to update this policy when necessary to comply with legal or technical requirements. Any updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the application or website constitutes implicit acceptance of the updates.
