Pulse Oximeters & Oxygen Monitors
Shop Medisana pulse oximeters for home measurement of blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate. The current range includes PM 100 Connect, which also provides Perfusion Index (PI), multiple OLED display views and Bluetooth transfer to the VitaDock+ app.
For a more stable reading, use the device with a warm, relaxed hand, keep the finger still and wait for the displayed value to settle. Nail polish, movement and cold fingers can affect measurement quality.
Important: a pulse oximeter supports monitoring but does not diagnose the cause of a low reading or replace urgent medical assessment when serious symptoms are present.
For home monitoring, compare a pulse oximeter Egypt option with an oxygen monitor Egypt, SpO2 monitor Egypt or fingertip pulse oximeter search need before selecting the PM100 model.
Medisana pulse oximeter: what should you know before buying?
What does a pulse oximeter measure?
It estimates blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate from the finger. It is a monitoring tool and does not diagnose the cause of a low oxygen reading.
Why can the reading change?
Cold fingers, movement, nail products and reduced circulation can affect the measurement. Keep the hand still and repeat an unexpected reading according to the device instructions.
When should a low oxygen reading be medically assessed?
Persistently low readings or low oxygen accompanied by breathing difficulty, blue discoloration or clear deterioration require prompt medical assessment.
