Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, sealed in its packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and the original invoice.
2. Replacement Conditions
Customers have the right to replace a product within 14 days from the date of receipt under the following circumstances:
Desire to replace the product with another of the same category or a different price.
Dissatisfaction with the product, provided it is unused.
Note: Replacement requests are not accepted after the specified period or if the product is damaged due to misuse.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if the return is not due to a company error or defect.
