The refund process may take 5 to 10 business days after the returned product is inspected.
If the return reason is not due to a defect or error on our part, shipping fees will not be refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Products with tamper-proof packaging once opened.
