The cart and checkout remain the final reference for the shipping method and amount applied to a specific order.<\/p>\n<h3>Order processing<\/h3>\n<p>Orders are normally prepared within <strong>24 working hours<\/strong> after confirmation and stock review. Promotional periods, public holidays or unusually high order volume may extend preparation time.<\/p>\n<h3>Estimated delivery time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cairo and Giza:<\/strong> usually 1\u20132 business days after preparation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other governorates:<\/strong> usually 2\u20135 business days after preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments. Carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, address accuracy and remote-area coverage can affect delivery time.<\/p>\n<h3>Shipping fee and free shipping<\/h3>\n<p>The current store setup charges <strong>EGP 100 for eligible orders below EGP 2,000<\/strong>. When the qualifying product subtotal reaches <strong>EGP 2,000 or more<\/strong>, the store makes <strong>free shipping<\/strong> available and hides the paid shipping rate.<\/p>\n<p>The free-shipping threshold is evaluated using the cart amount before coupon discounts under the current configuration. Always review the shipping line in the cart or checkout before confirming the order.<\/p>\n<h3>Package condition<\/h3>\n<p>Please inspect the outer package when it arrives. If there is visible transport damage, report it promptly to the delivery representative where possible and contact WeCare Egypt with the order details so the case can be reviewed.<\/p>\n<h3>Order tracking<\/h3>\n<p>Tracking information depends on the carrier and shipment. When a direct tracking number is not available, customer support can help check the latest order\/shipping status.<\/p>\n<h3>Coverage and failed delivery attempts<\/h3>\n<p>Shipping covers most locations in Egypt. Delivery time or carrier availability may vary for remote areas.
